Your transformation doesn’t stop when the program ends. You’ll have the tools, strategies, and knowledge to maintain your results and build on them. Many clients choose to continue working with us for further refinement and longevity strategies, and we offer a maintenance program in those cases!

Yes absolutely. With the APEX method, body transformation is a given.  If body transformation is a big goal for you, and you're looking to build muscle, lose fat, and move into beast mode, we'd highly recommend the SUPERHUMAN program.  

We have practitioners with extensive experience in this area. To experience the transformation you're looking for, it will require more tracking, accountability, adjustments to your program, etc.

The SUPERHUMAN program offers tailored exercise prescriptions that your practitioner will monitor and adjust weekly to ensure you're meeting your goals, form review, weekly tracking, macro tracking, and more!

With the Vitality program, you will have access to exercise and tracking resources, but limited support from your practitioner as you're only seeing them once a quarter.

Coaching is provided through 1-on-1 video & voice calls, personalized protocols, and ongoing support via email or messaging. Superhuman clients receive higher-touch, concierge-level support and accountability, while Vitality clients receive strategic guidance and check-ins at key milestones tied to their testing schedule.

Most clients see significant improvements in energy, focus, recovery, sleep, and performance within the first 6-12 weeks. But there are no guarantees as your results are directly related to your commitment and follow through with what is recommended by your practitioner!

Our goal is to provide a complete transformation of mind and body, and we will provide you with the tools and support to get you there!  The rest is up to you!

We work with both Functional Lab Tests and Blood Labs depending on the needs of the client.  Functional lab tests look deeper into root causes (yeast overgrowth, vitamin deficiencies, hormone imbalances, etc.) and help us determine imbalances holding you back from reaching your goals.

Blood labs are a snap shot of your current health and include things like cholesterol, blood sugar, thyroid, etc.  

You work with your coach to determine which labs are best for you.

Apex adheres to strict data protection protocols using HIPAA compliant software to ensure that all client information remains confidential and secure throughout and after the completion of the program.

Your commitment is directly connected to your success in the program.  

Unlike 1-size-fits-all online courses, where you might need to commit 2 hours a week to being on your computer, your commitment is to your personal health routine.

Depending on the program, you may have a 30-90 minute call with your practitioner, but the rest is up to you!
